Dear Zion Member,

On June 13 Zion will be holding its Annual Meeting.  This meeting will take the place of the Voter’s Assembly previously scheduled for June 8.  In addition to a shortened version of the normal Voter’s Assembly agenda there will be a presentation on the 2010-2012 Zion Church Ministry Plan.  It is important that you attend the Annual Meeting on June 13 as the Church Ministry Plan will be approved by you.  To make it easy for all members to attend, the Sunday / Monday services normally held June 13 / 14 will be consolidated in to one service which will begin at 9:30AM.  Immediately after this service the Annual Meeting will begin in the multi-purpose room.  The ladies from Mary – Martha will provide brunch.  You will be hearing more about this in the upcoming Sunday bulletins and Pastor’s announcements.  To help you get familiar with the Church Ministry Plan and prepare for the Annual Meeting attached is a copy of the Church Ministry Plan.  Also you can view the Church Ministry Plan on Zion’s website or obtain a paper copy available at the Church Office.  Please take this opportunity to review the work being done by Zion’s Staff, Boards, Committees and Service Groups that will carry Zion into the future.  Thank you.
