Zion is pleased to host local musicians and groups on the First Saturdays of upcoming months at 7 pm.

Everyone is welcome to enjoy the various musical styles and offerings of our Northern Michigan musicians. No tickets or admission fee needed – though we ask you to consider a free-will donation to support further concerts.

“For the Love of Music” Community Concert Series at Zion Lutheran Church in Petoskey will continue on Saturday, August 5th at 7 pm, featuring performances by pianist and long-time local piano instructor Myriam Goodwin, alto and early music education specialist Melissa Ludwa & pianist/music therapist Maya Story, the always endearing Luce Connection (family folk band comprised of Robin, Pam, and Ryan Luce), Double Treble French Horn duo from the Northern Symphonic Winds, and Ethnomusicologist and Celtic fiddler Hannah Harris.


“Bach in the Subway” Concert meets with success…!

On Sunday, March 19th, Zion took part in the international celebration of J.S. Bach’s birthday, by hosting a “Bach in the Subways” concert.
